• Monitor and Optimize Website Performance & Uptimes: This involves monitoring site speed and uptimes regularly. And in the event of an issue arising, not only being able to troubleshoot or mitigate the situation, but recommend a course of action that takes into account plugin changes, theme changes, and other factors that may impact site performance. 
• Database Optimization: Over time, your WordPress database can become bloated with unnecessary data. We regularly sweep and optimize your database. This service positively impacts site performance and speed.
• Situational Awareness of the Custom Site Configuration: In general, in order to perform these responsibilities, the site admin must constantly be updating their knowledge and awareness of evolving technologies, platforms, plugins, codes, regulations, and security concerns, and the potential conflicts, side-effects, and mitigation strategies for implemented fixes involved in the unique assortment of technologies that make up your website. This requires ongoing education, practice, and expertise, which is included within the fee structure.

You are always in full control of your website. We offer recommendations for changes and additions to your site based on SEO and Analytics reporting to assist you in reaching your goals.

Maintenance includes Real Time* updates to the WordPress platform, theme, plugins, and security patches provided in the original site build as they become available.

Not all plugins play well together, and leaving your site to auto-updates can lead to conflicts, errors, breakages, and site crashes. Additionally, every website configuration is different and there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach – one must be attentive, mindful, and informed to the specific site build, which requires time, expertise, effort, and attention. Our plan offers manual updates by a web pro with understanding of your site and how to mitigate these issues.

You’re always free to add content to your site if you are experienced with the page builder of the site. If you are unsure about using the page builder, simply contact us to have your content added.

Adding new pages, changing the layout, adding plugins, new code, or new integrations, adds more complexity, risk, vulnerability, liability, and thus adds to the costs of managing your site. To protect the security, quality and performance of the site as a whole, any third party plugin that jeopardizes the overall website integrity will be removed at Breakpoints’ sole discretion.

So check with us before you loading up on plugins or integrations, so we can make sure everything is compatible.

Once enrolled in the plan, you’re able to make design requests which will be delivered one at a time, usually completed within one to three days depending upon the request.

• Web design work is limited to a single domain per client unless otherwise agreed to.
• Web design work refers to design work for that specific single client website, and does not include third party tools or technology integrations.
• It is limited to the layout, content, connectivity, and design theme of the self-contained website; basically, allowing for  “remodeling” within the “walls” of your theme and site parameters.
• You may request additions or changes to text copy – provided by you. Copywriting and content development are additional.

The work being done on your site is handled by senior-level designers who have the unique knowledge of your particular site build. You’ll probably pay more for the time it takes for someone else to get to know your site through some errors and mistakes. And there is no need to negotiate pricing or payment schedules.

Depending upon your specific plan, we provide daily, weekly or monthly local, server, and cloud backups. We can restore your site from the point of backup, however you may lose any information you added after the date of the backup.

There are no “roll-overs” for services. This program allows you the services and support time up to the specified amount each month per the subscribed Plan. You may always choose to move up from your current plan to get more services.

If you need additional services, you can always move up to a higher plan, but you may only move once to a lower plan during your current service term.

Plans are provided within 12 month commitment periods. When your plan ends, if you have not cancelled within 30 days prior to the end of the service term, your Plan will be automatically renewed for another 12 month term.
