If we didn’t build your site and you aren’t subscribed to a maintenance plan, but you’re in need of support for problems with your WordPress website, we would be glad to look into your site issues. There is an initial $150 fee for “looking under the hood” and discerning what issues and probable repairs could be done.
Older sites, sites that have not been maintained, and those that are heavily coded, may be unstable and we don’t guarantee that we can repair your site, or that it won’t crash in the process. Proper maintenance is always your best defence for safeguarding your investment.
